Small patch for CTX35

Here is a patch i made for the CCTX35.class.

It fixes an incomplete packet the CTX35 sometimes sends and pads the checksum with an extra zero in case the checksum is only 1 digit (it must always be 2 digits) when testing the checksum of received packets.
