The 433.92MHz receiver and standard transmitter can be used in HouseBot for KAKU and Marmitek.
USB:
USB 433.92MHz receiver

Add an optional 868.95MHz Visonic receiver.

USB 433.92MHz Transmitter

Ethernet receiver+transmitter:
433.92MHz receiver
http://www.rfxcom.com/receivers.htm#80002 and select a 2 port LAN 83003
Add the transmitter

So if I buy this
I want USB
Ethernet receiver+transmitter:
433.92MHz receiver
http://www.rfxcom.com/receivers.htm#80002
Add the transmitter
http://www.rfxcom.com/transmitters.htm#70031
I can receive the sensors from my marmitek system and I can control the klikaanklikuit units?
Is this correct?

No, not correct!
An USB interface can have (1 or 2 receivers) OR 1 transmitter.
So if you want the USB version:
USB 433.92MHz receiver
http://www.rfxcom.com/receivers.htm#80002
Add an optional 868.95MHz Visonic receiver.
http://www.rfxcom.com/receivers.htm#40079
USB 433.92MHz Transmitter

Could anyone explain the difference between the USB and the Ethernet version? Can the Ethernet version function stand-alone, without the "server" running all of the time?

Gert

The USB and LAN are almost functional identical. For a home automation environment, both need a (low-power) system running 24/7 to process the received data or to transmit commands. No buffering is done in the interfaces.
There is an iPhone and an Android solution that uses the LAN interface without a system running:
