X10 device to connect Escort 5580TC module

Hello,
I am trying to find a product for the european market that would allow me to connect a DSC Escort 5580TC module to a X10 system.
For the North America system (110V) there are two controllers: PL-513 or PSC04
The specs for the Escort module can be found here: http://www.smarthome.com/manuals/7502_ver2_install.pdf (see page 9 of 60).
I undestood also that there could be a way to change from 110V to 220V.
Can I use a standard 110V-220V transformer ?
