x10 model ir34a remote control

can anyone on the basis of the attached wiring diagram of how the remote control of a 310 MHz transmitter here a transmitter 433 do?
does this remote and ir and x10 devices.

A very cryptic question. I am not sure i understand your question but here's a try.

This schema won't work for 433MHz as it's design to oscillate at 418MHz

yes one is designed for 418 the other 310, the 310 transmits x10 signals, is it possible to change it at anyway to 433 for european use ?

i have recently bought secod hand some x10 motion sensors originale usa but rebuild to 433.

Remove everything between and including Q2 and the antenna and replace that with the TX1 transmitter chip as described in the link that Ed gave above.
