I am not that familiar anymore with the available hardware on the market so i need some advice
I am looking for a PC with a small energy footprint, about 2 GB ram and 1 parallelport onboard.
All around or below 250,- euro. I was thinking of an eeebox but sadly that doesn't come with a parallelport.
Any suggestions?

You will not likely find a modern computer with a parallel port - even a RS232 is gone .. use a USB / parallel module /cable ...... Henk

Most mainboartd do still have a header for serial and parallel aboard but no cable supplied....
