More ideas or do I miss something?

I'm moving into implementation phase of my electricity system and because I desided to do the most of the works on my own with help from my friend and in supervision of the profecional electrician then it appears that I do have more degree of freedom on what to really implement or prepare (compared with letting a company to do all the works).
This will be a wired installation so I want to prepare cabling well. Installation will be KNX based mostly but there would be subsystems that do use different technology.
At the moment there will be following planned subsystems:
a) light control (KNX switches, switch actuators, few dimmers, one room will have light level sensor (should I prepare for it in other rooms, what you think?)),
b) blinds control (KNX switches, blind actuators, I prepare for the outside weather station),
c) room temperature control (KNX room temperature regulation, KNX valve control, heater own temperature control),
d) readiness for the ventilation control (house will have heat recovery ventilation, I do the cabling for CO2 and humity sensors),
e) door camera (I think that Mobotix is the most reasonable solution),
f) security including motion sensors, window sensors, smoke and leak detectors (not KNX based because of different reasons),
g) home network,
h) garage door control, entrance door control (to degree),
h) media contol.
The last is composed of media rack, tv (or projector) and wall integrated speakers in each supported room. Media rack (nothing pompose, maybe only few devices) is connected with the tv over HDMI.
I also want to prepare for water, gas and electricity consumption measurment but I postpone the implementation for later. I will just run the cables till supposed meter place.
I wanting to prepare for the appliance control so I just run some data cable to the installation place.
I do not fancy about wall mounted control panels. Controlling with the laptop or smartphone is ok.
So do I miss something important? Video survilance maybe?
So please, if you do have an idea about what is missing then shoot.
