Conrad sensor - could this work?

Post by Phaeton »

I'm looking for a nice way to monitore the temperature in our house. I know Oregon sensors work fine, but i cannot find any nice priced sensors with display anymore. Now I found this sensor: http://shop.conrad.nl/huis-en-tuin/mete ... 72148.html

I'm wondering if RFXcom would receive the signals of this device and if I will be able to use them in homeseer/hstouch?
Does anybody know where to get cheap oregon sensors with display who work with rfxcom?

Here's some good prices: http://www.neboweb.nl/webwinkel/oregon- ... -7218.html
€ 15,99 for the Oregon THGR122 (temp/hum wih display).
Shipping € 6,50 (not too bad if you buy more sensors)
If you live near Den Haag you can pink them up..

Hmmm, maybe I'm going to get some myself ;-)

In The German Oregon store they are even cheaper: €12,00 (without €4,95 shipping, in Germany)

Those are good prices. I ordered some! Tnx!

But i'm still curious, can we receive all the 433 mhz codes and do we need to decode the ones not listed on the rfxcom website? Or can we only receive the traffic from the list?

I bought this one. Same thing and works fine with RFXCom. No problem buying in England and getting it into the Netherlands.
