duwi zs3500 reset

Does any body know how to reset a duwi zs3500. I have reset my aeon stick, but i can't seem to include the duwi anymore. I have looked in the documentation but can't seem to find how to reset to factory defaults.

Just exclude them, that will reset most Z-Wave devices.

My aeon stick has been reset, so that won't go

Yes it will.
They don't have to be included to be excluded.
Just start with an exclude, and then include. Normal procedure when Z-Wave devices are tricky.
