Is it possible to start the plugwise source minimized? I can't find it anywhere in the settings...

Yes, it's possible. Just add /minwin as startup option behind plugwisepc.exe or plugwiseserver.exe

screen still comes up after rebooting my server...

I had placed the /minwin at the wrong place...

maybe I need to sleep a little bit longer tonight...
