Camper Automation; DC modules needed

I'm familiar with many protocols/systems for home/building automation
but now a friend has bought a large camper en needs camper automation.
He wants to install many LED-lights and create scenes for them.
For a DC environment we have to skip systems like X10 and Xanura
and KNX has DC-components but probably it is too high priced.
So what system/protocol would you advice for Camper Automation ?

What DC voltages are we talking about here?

There are also inverters from 12/24V Dc to 220v AC
Have a look at conrad.nl

12V DC I believe

I know but that results in an electrical system that is partly 12VDC and partly 230V AC.
For safety reasons I like to prevent that.
What I'm looking for is 12/24VDC actuators that can control LED-lighting and that can be connected to ZWave, Xcomfort, EnOcean, KNX or whatever
