Hi,
I have a electricitymeter with green (flashing) leds, this kind of light does not respond to the standaard RFXpulse sensor (CNY70). It does respond to red leds or 'normal light', but not to my green leds.
I know I can use another photo transistor/diode, but before I try all kind of type, I like to know if anyone of you have experience in the area.
Thanks in advance,
RdP

Which fototransistor/diode for RFXpulse meter
Hi,
Thanks to Bert, who was so kind to test a couple of phote diodes at my home in combination with the RFXCOM pulse, I finally found the right photodiode for my situation.
I use the BPW85, which works perfectly....

I somehow missed this topic?
Good that the BPW85 is working on your electricitymeter, I'm using the BPW85 for my Dusk Dawn sensor now.

Soon full report on how that is working, still in test fase
