connecting ZCS201 to Portserver TS 4 for remote homeseer

I bought a Homepro z-Wave device ZCS201 with serial connection beacause i want to connect it from a remote house to my homeseer server. I tried the eon z stick with a usb hub from belkin, the anywhere usb/5 from digi and the lantronix ubox. it failed. the only way i got connection was via a local computer with remote usb on it. so i thought a serial portserver may do the job. i bought one from bwired. But which threading should i use from serial db9 to rj45 jack. i found 2 examples on the web. I cant find any documentation of the communication of the ZCS201 on the web.
does anyone knows what is the correct threading ?
