Hi,

It's very difficult for me as a networking guy, but until I have drilled 20 holes in my house I do need to get networking on the top floor. For that I want to use something like the Devolo dLAN 200's to extend the network over my electricity wiring.

Q: Does that interfere with X10 signals also using the same electricity wiring?

I know some people who have both and have not found any problems. But at some point i can imagine that it might interfere. You can always use wireless-n which can go through more walls then the older variants.

I have a wireless-n router here (since 5 day's), it's going through 2 big concrete floor's (approx 15cm's thick) and still have a approx. connection speed of 200~250Mbit. So the "n" standard really rock's in my opinion
