<€100 wlan webcam with IR?

What's the best webcam you can get for <€100?
Requirements:
-WLAN
-IR for 'nightvision'
-Outdoor
Any suggestions?

Webcam? IP cam is a better description I think? I use for more than a year the Foscam 8905W, it's priced for appr. 105 euro.
You can get the 8904W for <100 euro.
Wifi is not my favorite connection but t works.
I have on my cam 60 IR leds and for a distance of 11 meters it's more than enough. Less leds should also be fine.
Nowadays they have also an IR-cut filter for natural colors. I have the old verion without the filter, so the image is very purple....
