I just had a idee and would like to know if the following would be possible. I`m searching for a cheap solution to send out ifrared signals to control my windows.

After looking at the following device i asked to myself would it be possible to translate RFXcom signals into infrared ?

Will this be possible ?

The RFXtrx is able to transmit ATI Remote commands
If you have an ATI receiver on your windows system you will be able to emulate the ATI remote.
