Danfoss TWA-L and rfxtrx433

I am bit confused about Danfoss TWA-L device, .. if I install it.. does it sends/receive information wireless and the wiring is just for the motor or will the data go with wires?

And where can I found those TWA-L (088H3133) for low price? I asked from local store and prices very too high for me.

And can I control the valve with rfxtrx433?
Tellstick DUO, soon with RFXTRX433
