Hi,
I am wondering if the following timer trigger setup can be done with the Vera (Lite) of MiCasaVerde and a z-wave motor control module:
Let's say I want my roll-shutter/window blinds to automatically go DOWN in half an hour after sunSET
and UP in 3 hours AFTER sunRISE.
In such a way that the Vera refreshes the 'local' sunrise & sunset times automagically from the internet.

Can this be done?

Yes. Get the Day or Night plugin from the app store and put the off-sets in there. Then set up a triggered scene to operate the motor module. Job done
