The new A-series of KlikAan-KlikUit are supported by the RFXCOM transmitter and the plug-in.

The dimmer units have a nice feature to set a dim level. Select for example 50% and the lamp will light at 50%.

Bert,
Can you give any comment about quality of these new A-series devices? Are they better, equal or ..?

Big advantage is that those devices have dim levels that can be set and they use another addressing technique. This makes it almost impossible that one of your neighbors switches your modules.

Hi all,
I replaced an old type KAKU dimmer for a ACM300 dimmer. This is one of the new types where I should be able to set the dim level.
I changed the device type to dimmer and now I see a percentage behing the ON/OFF button but if I change the percentage nothing is happening.

What am I doing wrong?

Hello all,
After many tries I figured it out. I thought that the new KAKU devices worked the same way as the old ones.. But the old ones use ARC protocol and the new ones AC.
And I had programmed the new dimmer with an 'old' KAKU remote instead of programming with the RFXCOM transmitter.
(So I now programmed it with both the old remote AND the RFXCOM transmitter to be able to control with both.)
