xComfort Room Manager and Smart Home Controller

Hi,
I have a Eaton xComfort Room Manager in my living room. It measures temperature and turns on the floor heating system on and off, works fine.
Recently I bought a Smart Home Controller (SHC) and installed it. Works very well!
However the heating function isn't working. The SHC does recognise the Room Manager as a 'heating device' and shows the icon in the App and Webinterface.
Temperature (room or actual, there are 2 options to choose from) is always 0 (or in some screens a question mark ?).
I reconnected the Room Manager to the SHC several times with the software solution and tried several settings.
None seems to work. Does anyone have a working solution where the SHC know the room temperature due the Room Manager ?
