stretch no connection whith cicle+ after upgrade frmw

my stretch has had an firmware upgrade, after upgrade it could not connecting to the circle+.
after that problem i have reseted the circle+. it did not help.
now i read in the manual that the circle+ may not be reseted
what should i do to get the connection back?

the 2.1.8 version is installed

Hmmm i have some stretches with 2.1.8 no problems here!
Whats does

Is there a
"network_coordinator id" line in the xml output?

i have called the helpdesk today,... they told me that the circle+ must be matche to the stretch.
i did reset the cicle+ and that's coursing the problem.... the stretch cannot pair to the cicle+ by it's self
this only can be done by plugwise,...so i have to sent the hardware to plugwise to fix this, they do this without charging costs
lesson to learn ... read first the manual before resseting something

Can the Stretch users on this forum confirm that firmware version 2.1.8 is the firmware which is publicly available now (So not being een beta user etc.. to get it)

I have the same problem and contacted plugwise. They offered me 2 options.
1. Open the stretch and remove the usb stick and re-connect the circle+ via source.
2. Send the stretch to plugwise.
After doing option 1, the circle+ was connected via source. Putting the stick back and rebooting the stretch..... the same problem again.

small update on last remark. Everything up and running with option 1
