My configuration,
Nefit trendline hrc35
Ems to opentherm converter
Opentherm gateway
Honeywell round modulation thermostat
Domotiga home automation running on a raspberry pi.

When i look into the logging of domotiga it looks all ok, when i change the temperature variable in domotiga it is overridden and keeps overridden,
but the thermostat is doing just his own thing.

The first time i did it it looks like it was working and the logo from honeywell home automation showed in the thermostat, but now.
nothing happends on the thermostat.

can anyone help me ?

Hi,

I am using the OpenTherm gateway using a Honeywell round modulation and a Daalderop boiler.

For overriding the temperature setpoint I use the TC= command. About 1 minute after issueing the TC command I see the Honeywell symbol and the updated setpoint. I read back to actual setpoint, and that matches the value set by the TC command.

I can't help with the domotiga part. Do you get the same issue when using otmonitor? If so, can you provide a log that shows your attempts to change the setpoint?

I`m using a Honeywell Round Modulation on a Vaillant Boiler and the setpoint of the thermostat is send using a HomeSeer script TC=xx,xx and after several minutes the thermostat takes over the setpoint

Note: I`m using an OpenTherm gateway with firmware 3.4

I have almost the same issue:

I'm using Opentherm interface with Honeywell Vision modulation and Remaha Calenta. With otmonitor i can see all data. But for some reason I'm not able to override temperature:

Still flame is not turned on

Also no luck with TT and TR command

I read on the forum that there where some issues with Honeywell Vision modulation. Is there still a problem overriding tempeture with this Thermostat or am I doing something wrong?

That's a completely different issue. You have to disable the TELE input.

Thanks for your reply it was indeed disabling tele input (settings, press clock 5 secs, set option 7 to 0).

I was not sure in what thread i should place this issue as it was indicated that my issue already had related threads.
