How to install a phase coupler / HIFS35?

A short introduction [:)] :
Last year I made my First steps in domotica with some S10 modules, an Marmitek IRRF 7243 controller and a Harmony remote. Moving to a newly built home last January I begun to invest in some Xanura micro modules and impulse switches as I like the local dimming capability and status request.
As the new house has an 3-phase electrical installation as a standard option I expected, and finally had difficulties reaching all the groups. I made a temporary solution using te patch panel in the meter cupboard. This gave me the possibility re-route the computer serial signals to the CM11 plugged into a socket in the living room where the first 4 Xanura module are installed.
Yesterday suddenly some lights started to switch off and dim. I investigated the log on the computer and discovered a lot of X10 event including some house codes I dont use. (Ive warned myself for this situation. Nevertheless, I suspect my CM11 sending these command as I havent logged any new foreign commands anymore.)
To the point: I decided that I need a Xanura FKX phase coupler or an total solution with couplers and filters pre-wired in the HIFS35 / 3. (Why is it so high-priced [:(])
How difficult is it to connect this box to my standard Hager board?
The online manual doesnt give away much details.
If I need an electrician this whole project is becoming way too expensive as the phase coupler and filters already are
Someone told me I could rearrange the light-groups to one phase? But I suppose the load of the eight electrical groups are evenly spread over the phases by installation.
