DIY Gateway not working...

Hi,
I have some problems with my DIY gateway.
When I connect the gateway to the boiler and the thermostat, the display of the thermostat stays off. Both the connectors for the boiler and the thermostat are around 13 volt. I re-checked the cables double.
The gateway connected via USB gives only one type of message like: boiler water temperature 0.00 volt (haven't the exact message due the database restore of the forum).
When I check the voltage levels with the diagnostic software it gives 2 values for the thermostat, but the boiler is 0.00 volt .
Can anyone help me troubleshooting?
Jason

That doesn't sound right. With the boiler and thermostat connected, the voltage on both X1 and X2 should be below 7V (with short upward bursts about once per second). Troubleshooting instructions are available on
the web site.

The opto-coupler OK1 was broken... Now I have two voltage levels for thermostat and boiler.
But still receiving only one message of the gateway:
16:48:37.019075 T80190000 Read-Data Boiler water temperature: 0.00
16:48:38.012955 T80190000 Read-Data Boiler water temperature: 0.00

Can anyone help my please?

By the way, the display of the thermostat is off.
Is there an explanation for that?

You are not providing much information to go on. If you have gone through the troubleshooting steps after replacing OK1, report the results. Also the boiler related tests of the diagnostic software may provide useful information.
The thermostat display is probably off because communication with the boiler is not working. Most thermostats would give some kind of error indication, but I guess it depends on the thermostat.

Jason, i had the same problem, no. display on my ICT thermostat.
I checked my gateway circuit and the result was , installed two resistors wrong, i changed R8 with R11
220 ohm with 1.2k ohm and now it works, maybe it is possible you made the same misstake?
