X10 error after power outage

Yesterday I had to switch of all the power because I placed a Fase coupler/repeater. When I turn the power back on I received a X10 error in the power group where my CM11 and HS server is located. It is not possible to send or receive any X10 command anymore. I've noticed this before so it has nothing to do with the Fase coupler/repeater. I can solve this situation to switch a Marmitek SM10 from A to B and back or Switch from 1 to 3 and back.
Any idea what this might be. I will do some further testing in the mean time.

I'm not sure if this is relevant, but after a power failure the CM11 starts to request the date and time from its host computer and it will not do anything else until it gets it! Whatever software you use to control the CM11 should handle this and may also have an option to "reset" or to "set CM11 date/time" explictly.
Some software can rely critically on the timing of events from the CM11 and in this case on the RI line being asserted too. Sadly, some cheaper USB -> serial adapters interfere with both. If you can, connect the CM11 to a genuine 9/25-pin serial port on your PC.
Cheers, Steve

Hi Steve,
Thanks for your answer...
I use Homeseer to control the CM11 and it's connected to the 9pin com1 port of the computer (it's not a USB CM11)
