I also tried a second TC35i but it also does not seem to be very stable. Sending worked the first time but when i recieve a SMS the plugin did not pick up the sms (which it did once for now with the other Siemens modem)

So i think this plugin is quite strict on the supported phones

For this you should integrate SMS API with which you can schedule the SMSs as per your requirenments
