i have one circle that i can't reset.
it just won't and i can not add it to the source, i had this before with a few plugs and i sent them to plugwise (great service)

but they have a new service level, just throw them away

so, any thoughts that can help to reset?
i have tried all the differant way's to reset but no joy

I've had this once. Tried a lot then. I remember alsof trying the reset sequence for onder firmware.

how many seconds does it take before the circle clicks on when you put in the poweroutlet?

try this for resetting:

Plug in Circle, wait for click
Remove and wait 3 sec
Plug in and wait 3 sec
Remove and wait 3 sec
Plug in and wait 3 sec
Remove and wait 3 sec
Done

but if i remember correctly the reset sequence can be different for older firmwares
