I have looked on this whole forum about THE same problem as i have but this is different

I want to add THE Doorbell on my homeseer , THE buttons has been Detected and works...but THE Doorbell not

If i go to homeseer than rfxcom output devices and add a ac device , iT ask for a code ac code started with 00.000.000.00
I dont have a code so i cant add iT with learning mode.... If i press ok iT says dont leave iT with only 00 , What to do?

THE Bell is in learning mode...

as I told you by email:
select a random ID, (do not use all zeroes!!!!)
put the Chime in learning mode,
transmit an ON command so that the chime is paired using the ID you have selected.
