Get your own florida address. Then ship your iphone to that address and they will send it towards you. (you can fill in the usa floride part in the receiver part on the apple site) that way they allow you to purchase all the stuff we cant in holland (or other countries)

Anyway, if i did this, it would be cheaper then getting a iphone from ebay for instance. Dont forget if your a regular itunes seller you can also put in your florida address and buy gift cards from ebay which you can redeem in the store. That way you can have ultra cheap music and the music that has not come out in your country too.
