Electrical curtains in Bwired Home

As I told you all before I now have electrical curtain rails (elektrische gordijnrail) in the Bwired home, totally 6 rails. The rails are from a Dutch company named Harrison, http://www.Harrison.nl and are very reliable ans robust. I have them now for a couple of months running in my home without any problems. So don't compare the rail system with the rail of the Praxis (electrische gordijnrail)

The system comes standard with a small 433 MHz RF transmitter.

Together with Bert Wijenberg (also member of this forum) we reversed engineered the 433.92 MHz RF code, Bert did all the work [8D], I did the testing and reviewing. Now the Harrison RF code is supported by the Rfxcom RF Transmitter http://www.rfxcom.com.
My Bwired Homecontrol system is compatible with Rfxcom receivers and transmitters so controlling the Harrison elektrische gordijnrail is very simple now. Homeseer is also fully supporting the RF transmitter. Now at sunset my curtains on the side and front of my home close automatically and opens again at x minutes after sunrise, depending on which day it is. I can also control the curtains from my cell phone or Internet everywhere inn the world.


SS13 Slimline Wireless X10 Switch

Because of the integration with my Bwired home controlsystem (also with Homeseer) I can use the SS13 Slimline Wireless X10 Switch to also manually control 3 electrical curtains, So If I want to close the curtains I can use this switch and my systems has also a status control (are the curtains opens or closed)

Pieter, I don't want to disappoint you, but the rail on the photos are the rails from the Praxis, the noisy ones I had so many troubles with. They're just re-labeled with a Dutch brand and they have an RF remote instead of a IR remote.

You can not disappoint me because they can look the same on the outside but I can assure you they are not the same, as I told in my topic they are working perfectly and have a very strong motor. All the problems the Praxis rails have I don't have them with this rail.
Already running smoothly for months now and closing the curtains perfectly. In my Bedroom I also have very heavy double curtians which darken the room perfectly, The Harrison electrical rail system has absolute no problem with this load! Harrison has sold also thousands of them in the Netherlands even in theaters etc.
