ip cam and automaticly pop up on screen ..

anyone know how this is possible? : ip camera connected to a server that runs HS .. when a x-10 device is triggered ( like a relay connected to doorbell) the camera picture should pop up on the server and all other computers in the network..

anyone know how to do this ? or something simular?
