Post by Noel »

Anyone here who managed to get the Xtreamer to access streams from uitzending gemist, or any other interesting streaming sites?

I use from the same forum the next script -> Xtreamer live
you can put it into the sda1/script dir.

This is a compilation of a few rss video's without UZG this is not insert to this script but mayby soon.

When you whant to insert by yourself a rss feeds use this script to the menu.rss

Code: Select all

<item>
<title>NOS</title>
<link>http://feeds.nos.nl/journaal07uur</link>
<media:thumbnail url="http://www.dafne-entrepreneurship.nl/PublishingImages/NOS%20JOURNAAL.jpg" />
<mediaDisplay name="threePartsView" sideLeftWidthPC="0" itemImageXPC="5" itemXPC="20" itemYPC="20" itemWidthPC="65" capWidthPC="70" idleImageXPC="45" idleImageYPC="42" idleImageWidthPC="10" idleImageHeightPC="16">
<idleImage>image/POPUP_LOADING_01.jpg</idleImage>
<idleImage>image/POPUP_LOADING_02.jpg</idleImage>
<idleImage>image/POPUP_LOADING_03.jpg</idleImage>
<idleImage>image/POPUP_LOADING_04.jpg</idleImage>
<idleImage>image/POPUP_LOADING_05.jpg</idleImage>
<idleImage>image/POPUP_LOADING_06.jpg</idleImage>
</mediaDisplay>
</item>

If you have added a new RSS, I love my recommended
Grtz,

GREAT!
I'm using <media:thumbnail url="http://www.ohmnet.nl/uploadedImgs/Uitzending_Gemist(Home.jpg" /> for the jpg
The feed does showup nice on my Xtreamer, but till now I did not find a working stream for the RTL uitzending gemist.

I made a small "custom" xml file pointing to the .mp4 files.
The feed does showup on the Xtreamer, but when trying to load the .mp4, the Xtreamer crashes.

Maybe you have more luck.

I do not get it. For some reason some .mp4's are okay to play, but NONE work from the link that I posted.
(They all crach my Xtreamer.)
