OTGW LAN and MQTT

Hi All,
Can somebody explain whats the reason for these differences:
- when i use the HomeAssistant Opentherm Gateway integration, I get 1 device and 175 disabled entities,
- when I use OTMonitor-MQTT, I get 29 items,
I would prefer to get the complete information set over OTMonitor-MQTT. Is that possible and how to achieve that
