I have a spare cm11, Can i make that at use as a control device? Is there software for "logging" or something els?

i think you can use more then 1 cm11 on homeseer for instance, but if its wise.. i dont know..

Yes, you can use 2 CM11 units simultaneously.
I use it all around 1 year
One CM11 is connected to Home Seer
One CM11 is connected to Heyu (Linux)

Connecting more than one CM11 to Homeseer is not possible and does not make sense. The CM11 itself is able to receive X10 signals from and send X10 signal on the powerline. It depends on the software you are using what you will be able to do with it.
