PCM magazine februari has an article on green power supplies.
Haven't read it but 2 antec and 2 cooler masters were testwinners.

80Plus Gold is a good label. But keep in mind that efficiency decreases when then load decreases, so select your required capacity well.
Thermaltake W0340 TP-700AH3NCG (700Watt, 91.23% @ 50%):

But most computer (hopefully) won't use 350Watt in idle, so it will hardly ever work at it's peak efficiency. This may be a better selection:
Thermaltake W0338 TP-500AH3NCG (500Watt, 91.12% @ 50%):

Thermaltake is readily available in internet shops here. Efficiency may decrease a bit due to the Active Power Factor Correction built into European models, but that goes for all SMPSs.
I have also good experiences with a passively cooled Antec: If it's passively cooled, it cannot afford to be inefficient with power because that would produce too much heat
Good luck!

Do you have any links to Dutch webshops that sell these models? I can't find them. Not even through tweakers.net/pricewatch ...
This list enlists the 80plus certified PSU's but I am unable to find a 700W+ Gold Label:
