A suggestion for a PC that runs Windows faster

Motherboard : Intel Skulltrail D5400XS
CPU : 2x Intel Extreme Quad Core QX9775
Case : Thermal Take Armor Case
Memory : 4GB; 4x Kingston 1GB DIMM RAM 800MHz bus
Power Supply : 2x Corsair MX 1000W
Fans : 2x Zalman Coolers
DiskController:
1x Adaptec 5 series RAID (8-channel)
1x Areca 1680-24 RAID (16-channel_
Disks : 6TB; 24 SolidStateDisks each 256GB.
Disks : 2x BlueRay/HD-combo
Video : 2x Radeon HD 4870 X2

Throughput: 2GB/sec

I think that it is 2x Corsair MX 1000W (1000).

that test was flawed. areca's cache is already 2Gb.

it's the same thing with my raid controller with 256Mb, if the test file is 256mb and smaller, my 8x1.5Tb can sustain more than 1GB/s
the moment the test file is greater than 256mb, my system's speed drops to 500+MB/s

they need to use a test file that is greater than 2Gb.

besides that card is PCIe x8. the limit of the bandwidth is exactly 2GB/s
