New version Plugwise Source V20090620.0 released!

With the new version, 20090620, periodically there is one or more circles of which the history is not updated any more and which is reflected in the web interface as offline. When I query the properties of these circles, from within the Source, it takes a few seconds and then it shows the current usage. From then on the circle data is updated again and the circle shows as online in the web interface.

This is exactly what I am experiencing as well with 20090620. How many plugs are you using? I am now using 36 modules.

I've also sent an email to Plugwise helpdesk to see whether they can help.

I am using 29 circles.

Same here, for around 4 or 5 circles at the time. (we have 49 plugs)
Sometimes when the source has been on for hours already still some plugs
show no activity ,and no recent data. When i then switch them on manually (or off)
just hit the on or off button, they react and start sending info and usuage-updates

I did not experience this behaviour in the first release and any of the beta versions of the software. It started, at least I started noticing, in version 20090613.

Reaction from Plugwise helpdesk:

"Bedankt voor uw reactie. Uw melding is reeds bij ons bekend. In sommige gevallen kan dit voorkomen. Wij zijn dit verder aan het onderzoeken. Zodra er een oplossing is gevonden, zal er een update klaar gezet worden. Uw software (de Source) geeft daar automatisch melding van."
