Anybody knows if I can and how I connect the Marmitek MS90 motionsensor to Homeseer and Active Homepro, to be used as a triggerdevice?

You just need a software interface like blade's security plugin for Homeseer. (ActiveHome don't know). See here http://bladeplugins.no-ip.org/BLSecurity/

Eric,

First of all you need a RFreceiver that is able to receive the X10 security packets, for example the 433.92MHz RFXCOM receiver.
In Homeseer you can use the RFXCOM plug-in http://www.rfxcom.com/hsrfxcom.htm or ACRF2. These plug-ins do not limit you to receive only security sensors but also sensors like temperature, humidity, RFXMeter power/gas usage and many others.

I'm going to buy the rfxcom stuff in a few weeks, so that will take care of the issues, but I thought I could use the ms90 (I also have a cm15pro) with activehomepro....

The CM15pro can only work with X10 lighting (PLC protocol) and not with the X10 security protocol.
The MS90 is a X10 security sensor and is not supported by the CM15pro.
The MS13 is a X10 lighting motion sensor and is supported by the CM15pro.

Personally I prefer Visonic door/window and motion security sensors because:
The RF range is good,
They look nice,
Battery life is very good (> 4 years experienced, except smoke detectors)
Sensors have a fixed address.
