My utility charts in RFXCharts are blank. I'm using RFXMeter for electricity and a CNY70 module for gasmetering. I think I have to tell RFXCharts which module is for which utility, but I cannot find where?
The manual doesn't really help me out :-\.

Found it. The device names must be "RFXPwr" and "RFXGas". This is not mentioned in the RFX Charts documentation.

See the important note in Chapter 8.2.3 http://www.rfxcom.com/documents/RFXCOM% ... 0Guide.pdf

Yes, but I didn't read the RFXCOM manual for problems with RFXCharts. I believe RFXCOM and RFXCharts are 2 seperate programs maintained by 2 separate people/businesses? Anyway, it works!

RFXCharts is an addition to the RFXCOM plug-in and it supposes you have installed the RFXCOM plug-in as documented in the RFXCOM User Guide. But as a good Dutch tradition we all read the user guides after installation
I will ask Paul to add a comment about device names in the new document for RFXCHARTS V2.

I'm sorry for the confusion with device names. The manual was not as well written as it could have been.
Version 2 will be available very soon and device names will no longer be important. Any device that has been set in the RFXCOM plug-in to record, will be recorded to the database regardless of its name.
Paul..
