We all want to know what the cheapest way is. The only thing cheapest is get second hand stuff and even that is expensive. I'am looking into a housing for my ptz cam but thats still around 300 euro's (but there are cheaper ones though) see http://www.ogcs.nl/zakelijk/index.php?p ... -behuizing for instance for normal priced (non ptz) housings. If you buy stuff from the usa, its cheaper though in some cases, but you still need a ptz camera (and you need a heeter to keep it warm in the winter, and a fan to keep it cold in the summer)

So i found a 2 ways:
1) EXPENSIVE = 250 = ninja x10 mount, 4 presetted directions and remote to pan'tilt as i want anytime
2) CHEAP= 30 = generic pan'til mount (see image attached) with presetted directions, using a MS13ir detector and a controller with same x10 address , i could obtain a pan movement by thermal detection. PROBLEM = this mount is INDOOR , i need OUTDOOR.. , the cam is already waterproof. any idea to make the mount waterproof?
thanks. lorenzo

They are 433 MHz, so the only thing you'd need is a EU -> UK mains adapter (which you do need to keep inside), but apparently they do survive outside:
