Programming two digits address with remote

I try to programm a SAIX12 with the two digit address 31. Therefore i use the easycontrol 8 and a TM13. What i do is:
-turn on module in programming mode
- push the buttons: 3, 1 and "on"
- push the buttons: 3, 1 and "on"

The unit doesn't response with led blinking. If i look in the logfile from homeseer i also see no X10 activity.

Programming an adress with one digit is going well. I also see that x10 data in homeseer.

Does someone have some suggestions??

I solved the problem by buying a PMIX35.
Great thing for programming. Waiting for the new software for analysing.
