SH10 double function, how?

Post by heubie »

I am starting with domotica in my house and therefore I thought I start simple... yah right.
I bought a SM10, SH10 and a MS13/TS13.
The idea is to use the SM sender to pick a on/off signal if a car/person enters the driveway and sends this to the SH10 so a bel is heard in the house.
The MS13/TS13 combination is mounted in the garage and is used as a alarm. If this one is triggerd this sould make the SH10 send out a sirene sound.
I found something on the forum about sending two "on" signals, and the manual (see http://www.waakzaamwonen.nl/catalog/red ... 2Fsh10.pdf),says "If the Remote Chime is to be used
with the Security System, you should ensure that the House and
Unit Codes correspond to the Remote Chime settings (Base
console address HC+1 Unit Code 5)"

-Is it possible to make the MS13/TS13 send out two "on's".
-Does anybody understand the setting in the manual?

SH10 double function, how?

I found a solution to my problem.
I gave the MS13/T13 and the SM10 a different house code and used my CM15 to build to macro's.
One that only sends one "on" to the SH10 whenever the SM10 has a trigger. And one that sends an "on" and after a delay of 3 sec another one whenever the MS13 has a trigger.

So the doublefunction of the SH10 is used.
