Can anybody tell me how to configure the PLC1141?
I use Homeplanner, but it seems that it is not working properly.
It also does not give a address when I look at the User code.
I also have:
4036
4022
and some modules
Can somebody help me with this...

What makes you believe it is not working?
Error messages, warnings, or cause nothing seems to happen, what exactly?

Yes, all other modules are "talking" to eachother, with the 4036 I can control the modules, with the 4022 and RF rc I can also control the modules.
When I plug in the 1141 and make a device in Homeplanner with e.g. L6 (which is working with the 4036 and 4022!) nothing happens. Also I don't get an user code. See also next images (note COM1 is not correct, when I aatach the 1141 I can choose the COM11 with the USB<>Serial convertor build in the 1141).
