Which controller or Software package do you advise with Xanura modules
I started my domotica project with LOGO! PLC controlling shutters. I want to control more xanura switches.
What do you advise to increse possibilities? Home controlbox or a software package that runs on a PC? Which software?
I also have two IP cameras from AXIS which I also want to use as movement detectors.
Note: my PC is running 24/24 365/365

The HCB's main advantage is the fact that it uses only 8 Watts of power, as opposed to even the most energy efficient computers which will use between 50 and 150 Watts. If you (for some damn good reason) already keep your PC running for 24/7 you could as well spend the money on homeseer. It's quite modular, and you'll pay for every module. Still i think it's the most widely used and supported solution in home automation.
I would use conventional motion detectors (PIRs) to detect an intruder, and then use the AXIS's to get a picture of the culprit. [:)]
