Direct OFF Function

I have a question, not solved yet.
I,ve got some plugs programmed to switch Off at 22:00 On at 07:00 works ok. i noticed that when let's say at 18:00 i know i will not use them anymore i send a Off command to all of them. They go Off as they should. The intention is to leave them of till 07:00 when the programmed times kick in, but i noticed they g o earlier then that (not sure wehen but in the logs i can see they start usig again between 19:00 and 22:00 Is this normal behaviour ?
