XM10 and AM12G

I have the Powermax Pro and the interface XM10 and AM12G module.
Can you help me about the settings in the PM, for ON/OFF the AM12G module. I try but is dont work, i dont now what is wrong.

Do you have the configuration software or are you configuring using the console? Does your XM10 connection already work?
