Today my new LAN Receiver-transmitter arrived and I installed it according the manual. Both com port are created and redirected. They both show up fine in Homeseer and all seems to be OK. I did not try to connect any sensors to the receiver because every 30 secs I´m getting this error in the log: RFXCOM(ComTimer_Elapsed) packet timeout receiver #1 State:21
What is causing this? The transmitter is working fine!

Re: Packet timeout on LAN receiver
Stop HS and try with RFreceiver in Variable Length Mode, Check if you get a response 2C in the Variable Length Mode command.
You do not need CPR and can use the IP address:10001 in RFreceiver as well as in the RFXCOM plug-in

I do get the 2C return but also below messages:

I'm thinking that I might made a mistake in the config. I used 2 stopbits for the receiver (serial 1). Is that maybe a problem?

Re: Packet timeout on LAN receiver
Thanks Bert,
The problem was that the receiver was set to 2 stop bits, should have been 1.
