Virtual Devices setup

Post by Harry »

i have added a few Virtual Devices in the RFXcom plugin,
now i am not sure i have the right setup.
it seems that the instand power use is a bit high ?
or is this correct is this a normal value.

do i have to give a (div) value for instant power use,.....i have 10000 counts a KWH

instant use gives about 5500 W is this a normal use,, (during day no lights on )

If 55 watts during the night would make sense i would add a divide-by-100 :-)

RTM chapter 9 http://www.rfxcom.com/documents/RFXCOM% ... 0Guide.pdf

Normally you will use the same settings for the suffix and the Divide By on the Virtual sensor as set for the corresponding Input Sensor.

If for kWh a division of 10.000 is entered than use a division of 10 for Watts.

1 kWh = 1000 W so 10000/1000 = 10
