Strange Delays rfxcom

Did yesterday suddenly huge delays in the receiver and rfxmitter
have not modified or changed.
I work with Homeseer plugin
if I start eg a lamp on the device home page of pride that goes after a few seconds sometimes it takes 5 seconds for the lamp comes on. (kaku in this case)
This also works with my x10 apperaten.
The first was always much faster, I can not find anything in the hslog not normally look.
Has someone perhaps a solution?

check with RFreceiver (stop Homeseer) if the receiver is receiving lots of data.
It could also be a MS13 X10 motion sensor with an empty battery.
