Hi,
Using HS (latest version + latest RFXCOM plugin) with the following config:
-Housecode G "Status Only"
-KAKU remote (YCT-102) address wheel set to "G"
-KAKU AFR-100, AMWR-230, AC300 devices (auto-address)
-KAKU devices configured as G1/2/3 as "AC MODULE/DIMMER"
According to RFXCOM HS manual
-KlikAanKlikUit with address wheels: ARC
-KlikAanKlikUit with program button: AC
Result
-Cannot control lamps using homeseer ON/OFF
Next
-Changed device type from AC (program button) to ARC (address wheel)
-NOW I CAN control the lamps using HomeSeer ON/OFF, but cannot DIM anymore.
Is there anything I overlooked? Why do these devices work as ARC devices but not as AC devices?
Thank you!
DJ

Re: KAKU AC control not working?
1. Configure the lamp module as an AC DIMMER.
2. Remove all remotes from the lamp module. To clear the lamp module: press the program button for about 10 seconds until the LED starts blinking, release the program button and press it again.
3. Program the Homeseer AC DIMMER in the lamp module:
push the program button on the lamp module and press ON for the AC DIMMER on the HS status page.
The AC DIMMER can now be switched On/Off using a ARC or X10 remote.
DIM set does not operate using the remote (I will check if this can be added in the next release)

Re: KAKU AC control not working?
Be aware that with the AC versions (automatic programming) you need to program the receiver with every transmitter you want to use. So besides programming with the original remote on G1 you also need to program with RFXcom transmitter using G1. (Max 6 transmittors /receiver)
Good luck!
Good luck!
