control underfloor heating valves using zwave

Hi All,

Currently I own a Hometronic system to control the underfloor heating.

In the future I want to use Z-wave to control the underfloor heating system. This means that the valves (M30 x 1.5) must be controlled with a Z-wave motor that fits in this connection. Are these Z-wave valves available or do I need to use relais.
